1. Services Provided

I provide professional web development services, specializing in WordPress development, PHP/Laravel applications, and full-stack web solutions. The specific scope of work, timelines, and deliverables for any project will be outlined in a separate Project Agreement or Proposal.

2. Intellectual Property

• My Property: All content on this website, including text, code snippets, and design elements, is my intellectual property unless otherwise stated.
• Client Property: Upon final payment, the ownership of the custom code and final deliverables created specifically for a client project will be transferred to the client, subject to the terms of our specific Project Agreement.

3. Payment Terms

• For freelance projects, a deposit (typically 50%) is required before work commences.
• Final delivery of files or migration to a live server will occur only after the remaining balance is paid in full.
• All fees are non-refundable once work has reached the milestone stages defined in the project scope.

4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure project success, clients are expected to:

• Provide necessary access (Hosting, WP-Admin, FTP/SSH) in a timely manner.
• Provide all content, images, and branding assets required for the project.
• Respond to feedback requests within a reasonable timeframe (typically 3-5 business days).

5. Warranties and Liability

While I strive for perfection and follow modern coding standards (including security best practices for WordPress and Laravel), I provide my services “as is.”

• I do not guarantee that a website will be 100% free of bugs or vulnerabilities once it is live and handled by third-party hosting or plugins.
• I am not liable for any lost profits or damages resulting from the use of the website after the final hand-off.

6. Post-Launch Support

Unless a maintenance retainer is signed, my responsibility ends upon the successful launch and hand-off of the project. Any updates, security patches, or feature additions requested after the project is closed will be billed at my current hourly rate.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a project if the other party breaches the terms. In the event of termination by the client, I shall be compensated for all work completed up to the date of termination.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and any disputes shall be resolved within this jurisdiction.
